One-on-one mindfulness coaching can deeply clarify and enliven your mindfulness path. Based on your unique interests, schedule, circumstances, and level of practice experience, our work together might include discussing your practice questions and experiences in detail, moving through customized guided meditations, strategizing the direction of your practice, or creating accountability. Mindfulness practice isn’t one-size-fits-all, and there’s often a great deal of nuance to uncover as we get to know our mind and heart more and more. Let’s walk this beautiful path together!

All experience levels are welcome. Meetings take place on Zoom and last 50 minutes. I have a sliding scale fee of $75 to $175. To discuss any other details, or if you’d like to set up a short phone call to talk it over, just send me a message.
